Tourist advantages of the Slupia Valley Landscape Park
PTTK’s tourist trails (the Polish Tourist & Touring Association)
The Slupia Valley Landscape Park SVLP is one of the most attractive spots of the former Slupsk Province. Different land forms, stunning landscape, numerous lakes and rivers, abundance of fauna and flora as well as an almost intact environment are a perfect invitation for tourists from all over the world. 4 PTTK’s tourist trails lead through the most interesting parts of the park and its buffer zone.
  • Yellow path "Slupia Valley". The path runs within the Slupia Valley Landscape Park and its buffer zone and is 52 km long.
  • Black path "Wieprza and Studnica Valley". The path runs within the Slupia Valley Landscape Park and its buffer zone and is 9 km long.
  • Green path "Early Post-Glacial Landscapes". The path runs through forest areas of the park and is 40 km long.
  • Blue path "Land of Forests and Lakes". The path runs within the park’s buffer zone and is 48 km long.
Nature trails
PTTK’s tourist trails in the park make up a whole with nature trails that also play an educational role. They enable to get to many outstanding places with interesting land forms, plant groupings, nature monuments and historic objects. There were 8 nature trails set up in the park:
  • Nature trail "Krepa ÷ Losino" (4 km long) – for hiking, bicycle and horse riding.
  • Nature trails in Krzynia (5 and 12 km long) for hiking and bicycle riding.
  • Nature trail "Galaznia Mala" (4 km long) for hiking.
  • Nature trail "Pigeon Mountain" (3 km long) for hiking.
  • Nature trail "Lake Głębokie and River Bytowa’s Meander" (13 km long) for hiking.
  • Nature trails around the lake Jasien "Five Lakes’ Path" (6 and 12 km long) for hiking and bicycle riding.
Educational trails
  • The educational trail "Lysomice" is under governance of the forest district Lesny Dwor. This is a route 12 km long, prepared for hiking and bicycle riding. There are numerous colourful information boards displaying fauna and flora present in the area.
  • The educational trail "Fortified Settlement Borzytuchom" is under governance of the forest district Bytow. This is a route 2 km long, situated in a nature reserve. The most catchy things are a hill with 200 years’ old beeches and a small overgrown lake.
Nature reserves in the park
There are 4 nature reserves in the Slupia Valley Landscape Park:
  • "Fortified Settlement Borzytuchom" a forest reserve with the area of 27,03 ha.
  • "Lakes Małe Sitno and Duże Sitno" a water/peak bog/forest reserve with the area of 40,66 ha.
  • "Pigeon Mountain" a landscape/forest reserve with the area of 6,95 ha.
  • "Nests of White-Tailed Eagle" an ornithological reserve with the area of 10,40 ha.
Nature reserves in the park’s buffer zone
  • "Lake Gleboczko" a water reserve with the area of 24,32 ha.
  • "Beech Mountain by the Lake Pyszno" a forest reserve with the area of 6,18 ha.
  • "Lake Cechynskie Male" a water reserve with the area of 49,05 ha.
  • "Lakes Chosnickie" a forest/peak bog reserve with the area of 213,59 ha.
