Karl Zarr and Rudolph Vahl from Berlin with works "Backsteinformat" won the open competition for a building scheme of new town hall in Slupsk. The second place was admitted to authors Schulz and Schlichting from Berlin for "Anastasia" project. The third places ranked Meier and Verle from Berlin with "Plattdutsch" project.
