Today we can admire an improvident mayor in the picture "The Fish Market in Slupsk" (in central place of the photo close by). That picture is in atrium of the Town Hall on the wall. The mayor was introduced as the man with glasses dark beard and in brown hat. A second picture in atrium of municipality is "Ports in Ustka" (photo in gallery). An author of both paintings was coming from Cologne. He was a professor of Berlin Art School- Friedrich Klein-Chevalier.

A characteristic element for the whole building is elevation made of red right brick which refers to Gothic style. To avoid coloristic monotony the authors of the building project introduced panels in plaster color. A colored and adverting element of the façade are blazons of Pomeranian towns. The colored stained-glass windows and clock face on 59-meter tower are clearly distinguished from the block of building.

In conference rooms of town hall there are four large stained-glass windows. The first one introduces a smith’s figure in an ornament made from flora. Eleven boards of craftsman's blazons were placed; coopers, carpenters, purse makers, tailors, bell-founders, smiths, rope-makers, locksmiths, carpenters, shoemakers and weavers. The second stained-glass window represents carpenters and bricklayers together with symbols of their jobs. On the third stained glass there is a merchant presented together with attributes of his works: a box, money, a belt and an account book. The last glasswork symbolizes Slupsk agriculture, being for centuries a base of economic existence of inhabitants. Albert Luthi was an author of these four works of art.
One of the most beautiful and most interesting places in town hall is a room of the city president. Original furniture remained in this room, like a desk and sculptured wainscots. This apartment consists of 12 walls on which historic wallpaper imitating cordovan (embossed skin) remained. In the vice-president room next picture of Friedrich Klein-Chevalier, entitled "Salmon catching" focuses attention.

One of many secrets of the town hall is tiny hiding place in sessions room, hidden under wainscot of one of the walls. This is a small room hardly containing an adult man. Today, the reason why people used this place isn't known. An armed treasury resident on ground floor of building is also an interesting place. Over the main entrance a glasswork with municipal coats of arms and date of make available to use is found. In 1971former town hall restaurant changed its function. At present, in this place you can find the Register Office in which inhabitants of Slupsk can get married. On the main corridor of second floor exhibitions concerning current events and matters of the city and regions are organized from time to time.
