The winter angling festival Salmon 2011
On a cloudy, wintry morning of 1st January on the Slupia River in Slupsk fishing season was inaugurated. During the contest Losos 2011 (Eng. Salmon 2011) organised by the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association in Slupsk 20 fish were caught.
During the fête, traditionally there were also two contests for spectators. A contest for fishing knowledge were won by Marianna Micinska and a one of ecology knowledge were won by Marcel Pietrykowski.
